Q. What airline do we fly?
A. ACIS groups travel on scheduled flights, using all the major carriers.
Q. Where do we stay?
A. ACIS groups stay in three- and four-star centrally located hotels, in rooms with private bathrooms.
Q. What will we have to eat?
A. You will enjoy meals in the restaurant of your hotelor in nearby eateries, and Cruish Ship.Breakfast and Dinner are always included.
Q. Information about the tour manager.
A. ACIS Tour Managers are handpicked to provide you with an amazing travel experience on every level--multilingual guides and educators.
Q. What should I pack?
A. Our advice is to pack light— Bring comfortable, practical clothes that you can wear more than once. Choose a lightweight suitcase, preferably one with wheels. The weight limit of 44 pounds per person includes one suitcase and one small carry-on bag.A good rule of thumb is to lay out everything you think you need, then put half of it back in your closet.Two pairs of shoes, one for walking and one for dressier occasions, such as dinner, or the theater. NEVER BRING NEW SHOES!
Q. I am signed up for an ACIS tour. How do I access my account?
A. To get your latest account information, log in to Accounts Online with your Account ID and password, which can be found in the upper-right hand corner of your invoice.
Q. What about my safety?
A. ACIS stands ready to respond to any situation that might pose a threat to our participants. We have a 24-hour Duty Officer operating seven days a week in the United States and overseas to deal with any emergency quickly and professionally.
