What should I pack?
A. Our advice is to pack light— Bring comfortable, practical
clothes that you can wear more than once. Choose a lightweight suitcase,
preferably one with wheels. The weight limit of 44 pounds per person
includes one suitcase and one small carry-on bag.A good rule of
thumb is to lay out everything you think you need, then put half
of it back in your closet.Two pairs of shoes, one for walking and
one for dressier occasions, such as dinner, or the theater. NEVER
BRING NEW SHOES!

I am signed up for an ACIS tour. How do I access my account?
A. To get your latest account information, log in to Accounts Online
with your Account ID and password, which can be found in the upper-right
hand corner of your invoice.

A. ACIS stands ready to respond to any situation that might pose
a threat to our participants. We have a 24-hour Duty Officer operating
seven days a week in the United States and overseas to deal with
any emergency quickly and professionally.
